Today's update focuses on the Guild Applications section of your site, but also includes many changes that will be applied to the rest of the sections soon, so be sure to check it out and give us your feedback =)
The guild application form your applicants fill out is now far more customizable! Here's a sample image of a form you can now create, which we'll go through in a bit more depth below:
First up for enhancements you'll notice is more question types! Dropdowns, Radio buttons, check boxes, multi-check boxes, text fields and text areas are all supported. In addition there is now headers and messages you can add to provide more info to applicants.
Second, the questions in the app form can now be sorted! just drag-and-drop the question types up and down while editing the form to organize them =)
Finally, questions now have a mandatory option you can check, which will force applicants to answer the question before the app form can be submitted.
The guild apps section now has an audit log, which tracks changes performed by users in the guild apps section, such as when someone deletes an app, modifies a comment, etc.
The audit log tracks changes for 3 months with our free plan, and 6 months with our premium plan.
Guildapps and comments which are deleted can now be restored, as long as they are still listed in the audit log. This means if a guildapp or comment gets deleted you would have the option to restore it for up to 3 months with our free plan, and 6 months with our premium plan.
The guildapps and audit logs now both have a live search feature enabled, which allows you to search for content and have the results instantly shown
We're making a design change for MMO Guildsites to do away with the popup box in favour of in-place editing for adding content and making changes.
And that's all for this update! Note that the audit log, restoring deleted content, live search and in-place edit are currently only available with the guildapps section, but will be applied to the rest of the sections with the next few updates, so if you have any feedback be sure to let us know =)
Have a great weekend!
