New One Time Payment Options

One Time Payments
One Time Payments are an alternative to the subscription model, and allow users more options when paying for their Shivtr site.
With One Time Payments you choose the payment period you would like to pay for, then once your payment is complete you can return to the Plans & Billing tab of your Site Admin to see an image similar to above, showing which plan you have paid for, and the time remaining on your One Time Payment.
That's all for today's update, but we've been hard at work on a Mobile version of Shivtr for several months now and it is very near completion...
This is a great feature, but do you get a discount by paying for extended months in advance?
Yes there is a discount applied for the longer periods, when you click on the Buy button you are redirected to Paypal and it shows the Discount in the left panel there, it goes up to 12% for 12 months =)
The day I said that I'm thinking of getting the paid version in advance of the site going live... you come and tease me with this....
And I hope you can get the mobile version ready before DUST514 drops... I'm bringing over 1500 people to the site... with several sister sites made... and that would be a lovely way to start!
I just used the pay in advance option and it is not displaying properly that I have that plan active under my subscription. We used to have an advance plan subscription before this one time payment option which we used to upgrade to superior version. You seem to have a bug somewhere that does not upgrade the plan accordingly after the one time payment if there was a subscription attached to it before.
I need help to get my site up and running with the new subscription we have now we really need that upgraded mumble working.

Update: The issue has now been addressed by 8toes with excellent service as always. Customer support with shivtr is the best by far. You guys rock !!!
Awesome, makes it more affordable. Now I don't have to get wrapped in in a long term deal. Thanks Shivtr! You guys (and gals) are the best!
I am having the issue again. Our website just reverted back to a free one after our cancelled subscription ended even though we purchased a Superior plan.
I am in need of this issue to be fixed once and for all. We cannot afford this happening in the middle of gaming as our Mumble has now gone down and we have now been left stranded. We need help and we need it now.

Ah sorry for this, a different issue here; paypal sends a final notification when your subscription runs out, and this causes sites to revert back to our free plan; we weren't properly disabling this in all cases for one time payments... that is now fixed so this won't happen again =)

Does this also allow Guild/Clan payment as in a way for the group to donate without having to have admin access.

Well, not directly, but you could use the Donations block to have members donate to your paypal account to help pay the costs; then do one time payments using that money =)
