Mumble Performance - Requesting Your Feedback

We would of course like our Mumble servers to be performing as well as possible, and after tweaking settings over the past few days we're polling you guys to ask how the performance is.
If you use our Mumble service, can you please post in the comments below and let us know how it is performing for you since today. Please include:
- Where you connect from? (Canada, US, Europe, Australia, etc.)
- The time and timezone you were using the mumble server? (9pm EST, 4pm GMT, etc.)
- How many users were on mumble with you at the time?
- How many users mumble was performing well for?
- How many users were having issues, and what the issues were?
- If users were having any troubles, were these issues present with the old cloud server, or new since the hardware switch?
- If you used Mumble with our old cloud server, is performance better now, equal, or worse?
Thanks to anyone who can help out with this, and we hope you had a great weekend =)
Update: Mumble has been switched back to the Cloud; thanks for everyones feedback

Very bad, unuseable
i connect from the uk, but my members connect from other parts of europe
last went on at 7pm, uk time
7-12 people were on, as we group up for around 12 people
around 4 members could hear everyone and everony could hear them, but some members coulndt hear other, and they coulndt hear others.
they have started since the change
At the moment mumble is unusalable, due to some mebers can chat and hear others, when some cant hear or talk to others, this seems to happen to people without a mic, those with mic even if they do not talk need to press the 'pust to talk' button and that seems to fix it. Mumble, or the abilitie to use voice when playing is a massive part of raiding, this has stoped us 2 nights in a row now, as ingame voice is bad for some of the players
Hi Hannor,
Thanks for your report; could you check this again after today and let me know how it is?
How was performance with the cloud server, prior to the change? If many are having issues due to the change we'll simply move the mumble server back to the cloud instance.
Cheers,
UK, but other members are from Europe.

Maybe 5?
5 - Kept getting Dc'd and couldn't hear certain people speaking.
Problems have been around since Wednesday last week.
Performance is MUCH worse and the bit rate seems to be a LOT lower as the quality of the audio is now quite bad.
Performance has been extremely poor and unusable. We attempted to use it wednesday and thursday at 8pm EDT. We have 25-30 people connect from around the US and canada (all time zones).
We had some people that couldn't hear other people, some people that could hear and couldn't speak, and others that could speak but not hear.
We tried using the direct IP address instead of DNS and that did not resolve the problems.
We have used mumble for a couple months now and it wasn't a problem previously. We'll be using vent now until this problem is fixed.
mumble has been up and down quite a bit.
Performance has went downhill, had a lot of communication issues and people talking over each other. Been really unusable and frustrating. Currently looking at ventrilo options unless things get fixed before our next raid.
Hi All,
Thanks for your feedback, we updated the blog post to mention the Mumble server has been switched back to the cloud instance it was running on; so things should return as they were.
Cheers,
US various times PST
10 to 20 users on
No users have reported good performance, thus all users reported issues
Some of the problems started about two weeks ago and still remain. People tend to cut in and out and their voices sound digitized, if that makes any sense. However, the biggest problem is our mumble goes down several times a day for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. It usually happens in the early afternoon, but its been going down at night during our raids lately.
