Aion Item Tooltips, Countdown block and more!

Aion Item Tooltips
Item tooltips for Aion are now enabled throughout the site. The Bank and DKP sections include item tooltip automatically, and you can manually insert a tooltip anywhere by entering:
Abominable Cruelty
You can also create a tooltip by simply linking to content at http://aionarmory.com
Event Signup Cutoffs
Events that enable signups now have the option to add a cutoff time for the signups, preventing anyone from signing up past that time.
The default for this feature is for the signups to cutoff at the time of the event, but can be customized to never cutoff, or to cutoff at a time prior to the event (such as 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours)
*note that while signups are cutoff by this time, users with the Events Extra permission allowing them to admin participants can still add/remove them past this time
Countdown Block
A new Countdown block has been added, allowing you to countdown to some event in the future. The block can be added from the Layout tab of the Site Admin as either a side or home block.
Important URL change
We have modified the urls for guild sites on MMO Guildsites. Previously they were accessed at ".mmoguildsites.net", they are now accessed at ".mmoguildsites.com".
This should not really affect anything, as old urls automatically update to the new one; for example if your members try to go to "http://enmity.mmoguildsites.net" they are simply sent to "http://enmity.mmoguildsites.com"
Guilds using a custom domain name such as "enmity.co.uk" would not be affected by this.

8Toes -- My IE users are having a heckuva time suddenly -- they can't get the "new thread" to open to make posts, they can't log on, in some cases, even after clearing caches and such -- it's only since the dot-com went live -- did we miss somethin? *whines in a corner* And that countdown thing is NEATO!

hmm, our login code has not changed so that should not have been affected by this update..
If some of your users are having trouble logging in could you ask them to email staff@mmoguildsites.com and include what error message they receive when they try to login and I can try to assist them =)
For not being able to create new threads/posts, I tested this again after you mentioned it on a few of the guilds I belong to with IE 6 and it appears to work, could you also ask these users to email staff@mmoguildsites.com and include what version of IE they are using and what error message they receive when they click on new thread.

color codes on links are not working and on tooltips descriptions are either not implemented or with wrong color codes.
8 Toes - Would it be possible to get a [skill] command to link to skills from AionArmory as well?

You can just link to skills and it will work =) [you don't need to use the bbcode item tag]
Actual support for a [skill] tag is a good suggestion though, and something we can likely add =)
Sorry to dig this up after months..
Anything done there ? Linking the skill as an item links the book, but doesn't give you the actual skill description and values. So that'd be really nice if we can throw that in

To link skills just put the link directly to the skill on your site and it will convert it to a skill tooltip, don't use the [item] tags at all for them =)
